Step 2: Pattern Development
Once the design is confirmed, our team develops the production-ready pattern based on your sample, sketch, or reference.
If no pattern is provided, we create one from scratch tailored to your product’s specifications.
Step 3: Prototype Sampling
We produce a physical sample of your product for your review.
This allows you to assess the fit, construction, and details before moving forward with final production.
✅ Step 4: Gold Sample Approval
Once the prototype is approved, we prepare the Gold Sample — the final, fully detailed version of your product.
This will serve as the master reference for mass production. We begin production only after you approve this sample.
Step 5: Bulk Production Begins
Once the gold sample is approved, we move into full-scale production. Our team ensures quality control at every step, from cutting to final stitching, finishing, and labeling.
Step 6: Packaging & Worldwide Shipping
Each item is carefully packed based on your requirements—folded, tagged, and labeled. We offer sustainable packaging options. Once ready, your order is shipped worldwide via trusted logistics partners.
